Should my application be accepted, I agree to be bound by the leadership and policies of River Valley Church, Grants Pass, OR and to refrain from unscriptural conduct in the performance of my services on behalf of the church. I realize that you reserve the right to confront or terminate me from any leadership position if deemed necessary. I agree to a six-month probation period, at which time River Valley Church can evaluate my performance within the Student Ministry.
